1. Instruction 89/392/EEC and other alterations adopted in Italy by D.P.R. 459/96 (Instruction for Machinery)
2. Instruction 89/336/EEC and other one 92/31/EEC adopted in Italy by D.Lgs. 615/96 (Instructions about Electromagnetic Compatibility)
3. Instruction 73/23/EEC adopted in Italy by D.Lgs. 791/77 and the Instruction 93/68/EEC adopted in Italy by D.Lgs. 626/96 (Instructions for Low Tension).

Furthermore, B-P Battioni e Pagani S.p.A. are forming our own complete and updated Set of Rules library to examine and hold as reference for the rules of good technics and also for any useful suggestion concerning the safety of the truck.
